Authenticity of reviews

We do not conduct separate reviews of reviews to ensure that the reviews presented are actually from consumers. All visitors to our website can leave reviews for our products. The review submission is not tied to a user account or similar.

Optional additions:

• We use word filters to prevent any offensive, racist or advertising reviews.
• Every visitor to our website has the opportunity to respond to comments that have already been published with “Helpful” or “Report”.
• We will not further manually review any reviews filtered or reported in this way. Ratings that have been filtered out are simply not displayed and are not included in the overall rating shown. Due to limited personnel and technical capacities, we do not carry out any plausibility checks, not even on a random basis.
