Affiliate Terms of Service

As an authorized affiliate of Nanodron GmbH, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions contained in this agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire agreement carefully before registering and applying Nanodron GmbH as an affiliate.

Your participation in the program is solely for the purpose of legally promoting our website in order to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by people referred to Nanodron GmbH through your own website or personal recommendations.

By signing up for the Nanodron GmbH Affiliate Program (Program), you agree to this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

Approval or rejection of the application

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no recourse against us for rejecting your affiliate program application.

Commissions

The commissions are paid once a month. In order for an affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for at least 31 days.

You cannot refer yourself and you will not receive commission on your own accounts.

Payments are only sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

Termination

Your partner application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

• Inappropriate advertising (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
• Spamming (bulk emails, mass newsgroup postings, etc.).
• Advertising on websites that contain or promote illegal activities.
• Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for a promotion that will be deemed an endorsement in accordance with existing Federal Trade Commission policies and regulations or applicable state law.
• Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights. Nanodron GmbH reserves the right to require license agreements from those using Nanodron GmbH trademarks to protect our intellectual property rights.
• Offering discounts, coupons, or other promised kickbacks from your affiliate commission as an incentive. However, adding bonuses or bundling other products with Nanodron GmbH is acceptable.
• Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected affiliate fraud.

In addition, Nanodron GmbH reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of this Agreement or for any reason.

Affiliate links

You can use graphic and text links both on your website and in your email messages. You can also advertise the Nanodron GmbH website in online and offline classifieds, magazines and newspapers.

You may use the graphics and text we provide or create your own, as long as they are deemed appropriate in accordance with the Terms and do not violate the provisions described in the Termination section.

Coupon and deal sites

Nanodron GmbH occasionally offers vouchers for selected affiliates and our newsletter subscribers. If you have not pre-approved/assigned a branded coupon, you are not allowed to promote the coupon. Below are the terms and conditions that apply to any affiliate considering promoting our products in relation to a deal or voucher:

• Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons, or images to imply that anything other than currently authorized business is doing business with the applicable affiliate.
• Affiliates may not bid on Nanodron GmbH coupons, Nanodron GmbH discounts or other phrases that indicate that coupons are available.
• Affiliates may not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames or other seen or unseen actions that set affiliate cookies unless the user has expressed a clear and explicit interest in activating a specific savings by clicks on a clearly marked link, button or image for that specific voucher or deal. Your link must direct the visitor to the merchant site.
• The user must be able to see coupon/deal/savings information and details before an affiliate cookie is set (i.e. "Click here to see coupons and open a window to the merchant website" is NOT). allowed).
• Affiliate websites may not have a “Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon” or some variation if no coupons or deals are available and the click opens the merchant website or sets a cookie. Affiliates with such text on the merchant landing page will be immediately removed from the program.

Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy

PPC bidding is NOT permitted without prior written approval.

Liability

Nanodron GmbH is not liable for indirect or incidental damages (loss of sales, commissions) due to affiliate tracking errors, loss of database files or consequences of damage to the program and/or our websites.

We make no express or implied warranties regarding the program and/or the memberships or products sold by Nanodron GmbH. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Term of the agreement

The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and ends when your Affiliate Account is terminated.

The terms of this Agreement may be changed by us at any time. If any change to the terms of this Agreement is unacceptable to you, your sole choice is to terminate your Affiliate Account. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

Verification code

Affiliate releases Nanodron GmbH and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by Nanodron GmbH to transmit and distribute materials, from all liabilities, damages, penalties, judgments, claims, costs, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with any claim arising out of negligence in connection with this Agreement. Misrepresentation, failure to disclose or intentional misconduct by Affiliate.

Electronic signatures effective

The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms and conditions of your participation in the Nanodron GmbH partner program. You agree to this Agreement and all terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the Nanodron GmbH application process. This measure creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
